Choosing Civility with FSU students

I had the pleasure of spending some time with Frostburg State University Communication Studies students Deanna Lucas, Niki Elliott, and Brandon Brock. They have been involved with several projects that are successfully collaborating with our community. Their latest project is the Choose Civility project on April 12, 2018, this event is taking place all over Allegany county including events on Frostburg State University Campus.
